There are 2 roles on OpenAPIHub - API Developer & API Provider.

You need to register as an API developer on OpenAPIHub before applying to be an API Provider.

You can register now on OpenAPIHub (opens new window) for free for both roles.

# API Developer

As an API Developer you can discover all APIs that work best for your projects and businesses on OpenAPIHub. Please refer to API User Journey Overview for more details:

  • Browse hundreds of APIs by categories

  • Gather performance metrics such as average latency, success rate and popularity of each API

  • View API documentation, individual endpoints, response data and more to quickly understand how the APIs work

  • Manage API subscription and performance with our Developer Admin Portal

# API Provider

As an API Provider you can integrate your APIs into our platform and build a scalable API business on OpenAPIHub. Please refer to API Provider Journey Overview for more details:

  • Obtain company verification to stand out from the others and increase exposure

  • Launch different types of APIs on our planform - Open(Public) APIs, OAH Member-only APIs, Partner APIs and Private APIs to build your own API collections

  • Exclusive customized API Portal to build your brand

  • Our API consultant will help integrate your APIs into our platform and generate SDKs & connectors for future API consumers

# Relationship between API Developer & API Provider

  • You need to register as an API Developer on OpenAPIHub before applying to be an API Provider and to generate your first API Portal.

  • One API Developer can generate multiple API Portals. For more information on how to generate API Portals, please refer to Become a Provider and Generate API Portals.

  • The API Portal types can be different for API Portals under the same developer. For more information on the types of API Portals, please refer to Types of API Portal.
