# Developer Mission #5 - Create an API Portal & Become an API Provider

# Introduction

In this mission, we will guide you on how to create an API Portal to become an API provider.

You need to register as an API developer on OpenAPIHub before using the Developer Admin Portal. Please refer to Register as a Developer for details.

# Key Steps

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to OpenAPIHub (opens new window)

  1. Click Your Name or Profile Icon, then select Generate API Portal (opens new window)

  1. Fill in all required fields and click Submit

  2. Click Your Name or Profile Icon, and select Generate API Portal (opens new window)
  3. Fill in all required fields and click Submit

Congratulations! You have successfully created an API Portal and become an API Provider. Being an API Provider in OpenAPIHub, you gain access to the Provider Admin Portal. In the Provider Admin Portal you can expose your API, check API subscribers, monetize your APIs, and use tons of other features.
